It is not proven that Earth is the only planet with soil in our solar system. Soil-like materials have been discovered on Mars that contain the necessary components for plant growth. Furthermore, ongoing missions and research are continuously exploring other extraterrestrial environments for the presence of soil or soil-analogous materials.
