    Understanding the Relationship

    * Work: Work is done when a force moves an object over a distance. It's calculated as:

    * Work (W) = Force (F) x Distance (d)

    * Power: Power is the amount of work done per unit of time. It's calculated as:

    * Power (P) = Work (W) / Time (t)

    Combining the Formulas

    If you know the force (F) and the distance (d) an object is moved, you can calculate the power if you also know the time (t) it takes to move the object:

    1. Calculate Work: W = F x d

    2. Calculate Power: P = (F x d) / t

    Formula:

    Therefore, the formula for power when you know distance and force is:

    P = (F x d) / t

    Where:

    * P = Power (measured in Watts (W) or Joules per second (J/s))

    * F = Force (measured in Newtons (N))

    Example:

    If a force of 10 Newtons pushes an object 5 meters in 2 seconds, the power is:
