  • Calculating Truck Mass: Understanding Force, Mass, and Acceleration
    You can't determine the mass of a truck just from the force it produces. Here's why:

    To find the mass of the truck, you would need additional information, such as:

    * The acceleration of the truck: If you know the acceleration the truck is experiencing, you can rearrange the formula to solve for mass: Mass (m) = Force (F) / Acceleration (a)

    Example:

    If the truck is accelerating at 2 m/s², then its mass would be:

    * Mass = 14000 N / 2 m/s² = 7000 kg

    Without knowing the acceleration, you cannot calculate the truck's mass.
