Geographers vs. Geospatial Scientists: What's the Difference?

Geography scientists are most commonly called geographers.

While "geography scientist" is technically correct, it's not the standard term. You might also see them called geospatial scientists or geographic information scientists if they specialize in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
