The gravity center, sometimes called the center of mass, of the human body varies depending on the individual's body composition, posture, and gender. On average, it is typically located somewhere in the lower abdomen, in the area around the navel or slightly below. This point acts as the central point around which all of the body's mass is evenly distributed.
