Yes. Recent analysis found limestone as one of many minerals in moon materials brought back during the Apollo 15 mission in 1972. While NASA notes they don't expect there to be much carbonate rock (such as chalk and limestone) on the moon, their presence suggests lunar magma produced and degassed carbon dioxide.
