  • Neon Melting and Boiling Points: Properties & Temperatures
    Neon does not have a freezing point, it has a boiling point. This is because Neon is a noble gas and exists as a gas at room temperature and pressure. It only becomes a liquid under very specific conditions.

    Here are the relevant temperatures for Neon:

    * Boiling Point: -246.046 °C (-410.88 °F)

    * Melting Point: -248.67 °C (-415.61 °F)

    Important Note: The melting point of Neon is the temperature at which it transitions from a solid to a liquid under very high pressure. Under normal atmospheric pressure, Neon does not solidify but sublimes directly from a solid to a gas.
