  • Xenon Properties: Boiling Point, Melting Point & Phase Behavior
Xenon is a chemical element with the symbol Xe and atomic number 54. It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-flammable, and very heavy noble gas. Xenon is the heaviest of the noble gases, and is the 54th most abundant element in the universe.

    Melting Point

    - Triple point: 161.4 K (-111.7 °C, -169.1 °F)

    - Boiling point: 165.051 K (-108.099 °C, -162.578 °F)

    - Critical point: 289.79 K (16.64 °C, 61.96 °F) at 5.844 MPa

    Normal Phase

Xenon is a gas at room temperature and pressure, but it can be condensed into a liquid by cooling it to -108.099 °C (-162.578 °F). It can also be solidified by cooling it to -169.1 °C (-272.4 °F).
