    Carbon disulfide (CS₂) is a nonpolar molecule. This is because the electronegativity of carbon and sulfur atoms are very similar (2.55 and 2.58, respectively). As a result, the electrons in the C-S bonds are shared equally between the two atoms, and there is no net dipole moment.
