  • Microscope Components: Understanding the Objective & Eyepiece Lenses
A microscope has two main components:

    1. The Objective Lens: This is the lens closest to the specimen being viewed. It magnifies the image of the specimen.

    2. The Eyepiece Lens: This is the lens that you look through. It further magnifies the image produced by the objective lens.

These two lenses work together to provide the overall magnification of the microscope.
