    A fatty acid containing at least two double bonds is called a polyunsaturated fatty acid.

    Here's why:

    * Unsaturated fatty acids have at least one double bond in their hydrocarbon chain.

    * Polyunsaturated fatty acids have more than one double bond in their chain.

    Examples of polyunsaturated fatty acids include:
