  • Prokaryotic vs. Eukaryotic Cells: Which Organisms Contain Each?
This is a bit of a trick question! Here's why:

    * Prokaryotic cells are found in Bacteria and Archaea.

    * Eukaryotic cells are found in Fungi, Plants, and Animals.

So, the answer is that only Bacteria (and Archaea) contain prokaryotic cells. The other organisms all contain eukaryotic cells.

It's easy to get confused because all these organisms are microscopic, but their cellular structures are fundamentally different.
