    The organism that develops from a single cell into many kinds of cells is called a "Multicellular organism". Multicellular organisms are composed of multiple cells that are specialized for different functions. This allows for a higher level of complexity and organization than is possible in single-celled organisms. Multicellular organisms include animals, plants, fungi, and some protists.
