* The Milky Way is part of a much smaller group of galaxies called the Local Group, which includes Andromeda and a few dozen smaller galaxies.

The Local Group is located on the outskirts of the Virgo Supercluster, a much larger structure containing many galaxy clusters, including the Virgo Cluster.
