The Huygens probe, a part of the Cassini-Huygens mission, landed on Titan in 2005.

While the Cassini orbiter orbited Saturn, the Huygens probe detached and made its descent through Titan's atmosphere, becoming the first probe to land on a moon in the outer solar system.

This makes Titan the farthest object from Earth that NASA has successfully landed a probe on.
