  • Venus: The Cloudiest Planet in Our Solar System - Why?
The terrestrial planet with the most clouds is Venus.

    Here's why:

    * Dense Atmosphere: Venus has a very thick atmosphere, primarily composed of carbon dioxide, with a surface pressure about 90 times that of Earth's.

    * Sulfuric Acid Clouds: The clouds on Venus are made of sulfuric acid droplets, which are incredibly thick and reflect a significant amount of sunlight, giving Venus its extremely high albedo (reflectivity).

    * Persistent Cloud Cover: These clouds completely blanket the planet, obscuring its surface from view.

While Earth has clouds, Venus has a much denser and more persistent cloud cover, making it the champion in this category.
