While there have been several missions to Mercury, they have primarily been flybys or orbiters. The most notable missions are:
* Mariner 10: This was the first spacecraft to flyby Mercury in 1974 and 1975.
* MESSENGER: This spacecraft orbited Mercury from 2011 to 2015, providing detailed images and data about the planet's surface, composition, and magnetic field.
* BepiColombo: This joint European and Japanese mission is currently orbiting Mercury and will continue to study the planet for the next several years.
The extreme heat and radiation environment on Mercury make it very challenging to land a rover and operate it successfully. Therefore, there have been no rover missions to Mercury yet.
