  • Visible Galaxies: Two Galaxies You Can See From Earth
The two galaxies that can be seen from Earth without a telescope are:

    * The Andromeda Galaxy (M31): This is the closest major galaxy to our Milky Way and is visible as a faint, fuzzy patch of light in the constellation Andromeda. It's best seen on clear, dark nights away from city lights.

    * The Triangulum Galaxy (M33): This galaxy is a bit fainter than Andromeda and is located in the constellation Triangulum. It's more challenging to spot, but on a very dark night, it might be visible as a hazy smudge.

While there are other galaxies that might be theoretically visible under exceptional circumstances, these two are the most consistently observable with the naked eye.
