* The Andromeda Galaxy (M31): This is the closest major galaxy to our Milky Way and is visible as a faint, fuzzy patch of light in the constellation Andromeda. It's best seen on clear, dark nights away from city lights.
* The Triangulum Galaxy (M33): This galaxy is a bit fainter than Andromeda and is located in the constellation Triangulum. It's more challenging to spot, but on a very dark night, it might be visible as a hazy smudge.
While there are other galaxies that might be theoretically visible under exceptional circumstances, these two are the most consistently observable with the naked eye.
