  • Mars Temperature: Understanding the Red Planet's Extreme Heat & Cold
The highest temperature on Mars ever recorded is -14 degrees Fahrenheit (-25.5 degrees Celsius).

This temperature was recorded near the equator during the Martian summer. It's important to note that Mars has a very thin atmosphere and experiences extreme temperature swings between day and night, as well as between seasons. Even at its warmest, Mars remains significantly colder than Earth.
