  • Bright Stars: Examples and Information About Stellar Light Emission
    It's a bit of a trick question! All stars emit light, that's what makes them stars.

    Here are some examples of stars, all of which emit light:

    * Our Sun: The most obvious one!

    * Sirius: The brightest star in the night sky.

    * Polaris: The North Star.

    * Betelgeuse: A red supergiant star, known for its pulsating brightness.

    * Rigel: A blue supergiant star, one of the brightest stars in the constellation Orion.

    * Proxima Centauri: The closest star to our Sun.

    While some stars might appear dimmer or fainter than others, they all produce their own light through nuclear fusion in their cores.
