There is no planet in our solar system that has 1000 rings. Saturn is the planet most famous for its rings, but it has thousands of individual ringlets rather than a specific number like 1000.

The other gas giants, Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune, also have ring systems, but they are much fainter and less prominent than Saturn's.
