It also flew by the moons of both planets, including:

* Jupiter's moons: Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto

* Saturn's moons: Titan and Rhea

While Voyager 1 didn't visit any other planets directly, it did become the first spacecraft to enter interstellar space, a region beyond the influence of the Sun.
