  • Sun's Moons and Rings: Why They Don't Exist
The Sun does not have any moons or rings.

    * Moons: Moons orbit planets, and the Sun is a star. It is the center of our solar system and the planets orbit around it.

    * Rings: Rings are made up of dust, ice, and rock particles that orbit a planet. The Sun is too massive and has too much heat and radiation to hold onto such particles in a stable ring system.

However, the Sun does have a solar wind, which is a stream of charged particles that flows outward from the Sun. These particles can interact with other objects in the solar system, including planets and comets.
