The constellation to the right of the Little Dipper (Ursa Minor) is Ursa Major, also known as the Big Dipper.
The Big Dipper's two "pointer" stars at the end of the dipper's bowl point towards Polaris, the North Star, which is the end star of the Little Dipper's handle.
