While other planets have clouds, Venus's atmosphere is incredibly dense and thick, consisting primarily of carbon dioxide with sulfuric acid clouds. These clouds trap heat, making Venus the hottest planet in our solar system, with surface temperatures reaching over 800 degrees Fahrenheit (464 degrees Celsius).
