There seems to be a misunderstanding. There is no invention called "Madame X ray."

X-rays were discovered by Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen in 1895. He named them "X-rays" because the nature of the rays was unknown at the time.

"Madame" is a French term of address for a woman, often used for a woman of a certain age or social standing. It's not a scientific term and doesn't relate to any invention.
