There was no dedicated cameraman on the Apollo 11 mission. The astronauts on board, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins, were responsible for taking photographs and filming their journey to and from the Moon. They used several cameras, including a Hasselblad 500 EL Data Camera and a 16mm Maurer motion picture camera.
