Introduction:

Methodology:

This study adopted a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews to collect data from students from various backgrounds, including racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and geographical diversity. Results:

1. Leveraging Academic Achievements:

3. Seeking Guidance from Mentors:
