The KUBARK Manual, formally named Communist Interrogation, is not a user's guide to torture. There is nothing "fun" or user-friendly about torture. While the manual discusses different types of interrogation techniques, including harsh and aggressive measures used during the Cold War, those practices do not reflect acceptable contemporary practices and human rights considerations.
