1. Eligibility:
- All active duty, National Guard, and Reserve Component NCOs are eligible for NCO PDRs.
- NCOs must be serving in a leadership position at the team leader level and above.
- There are a total of six levels of NCO PDRs, corresponding to the NCO's rank and experience:
- NCO PDR Level 1: E-5 and below
- NCO PDR Level 2: E-6
- NCO PDR Level 3: E-7
- NCO PDR Level 4: E-8
- NCO PDR Level 5: E-9
- NCO PDR Level 6: Command Sergeant Major (CSM)
