It's important to be precise with language here. No Apollo spacecraft *crashed* into the moon. All of the Apollo missions that landed on the moon successfully returned to Earth.

However, there were some components of the Apollo missions that were intentionally crashed into the moon. Here are a few examples:

* The S-IVB stage of the Saturn V rocket: This was the third stage of the rocket that propelled the Apollo spacecraft into lunar orbit. After detaching from the spacecraft, the S-IVB stage was sometimes deliberately impacted on the moon to gather seismic data.

* Lunar Modules (LMs): After astronauts left the lunar surface, the ascent stage of the LM would dock with the Command Module. The descent stage, which had served as the landing platform, was left on the lunar surface.

So, while no Apollo spacecraft itself crashed into the moon, certain parts of the mission were deliberately sent to impact the surface for scientific purposes.
