    No, only velocity is a vector. Here's why:

    * Velocity has both magnitude (speed) and direction. For example, 50 mph east is a velocity.

    * Time only has magnitude. It's a scalar quantity. We can say 5 seconds, but we don't associate a direction with it.

    Think of it this way: You can measure the amount of time something takes, but you can't say it took 5 seconds "north".
