  • Newton's First Law: What Happens Without Force?
    If a force does not work on an object, the object will remain in its current state of motion. This is a direct consequence of Newton's First Law of Motion, also known as the Law of Inertia.

    * Real-world objects always experience some forces, even if they are very small (like air resistance). This is why objects eventually stop moving even if no obvious force is applied.
