* Internal Assessments (IA): These are practical investigations and written reports conducted throughout the course.

* External Assessments: This consists of two papers:

* Paper 1: Multiple choice questions covering all topics.

* Paper 2: Extended response questions, including data analysis and problem-solving.

Both papers are graded and combined to determine the final grade for IB Physics SL.
