  • Understanding Bearings: Why There's No 450-Degree Bearing
There's no such thing as a bearing point with 450 degrees. Here's why:

    * Bearings are measured in a circle: Bearings represent directions, and a circle has 360 degrees.

    * Bearings are relative to North: Bearings are measured clockwise from North, so a bearing of 0 degrees is North, 90 degrees is East, 180 degrees is South, and 270 degrees is West.

If you're working with a bearing that seems to be over 360 degrees, there might be a mistake in your calculation or the information you're using.
