  • Erwin Schrödinger and the Development of the Schrödinger Equation
    The equation of wave mechanics, more commonly known as the Schrödinger equation, was developed by Erwin Schrödinger in 1926.

    Schrödinger's equation revolutionized our understanding of the atom and the behavior of particles at the atomic and subatomic level. It is a fundamental cornerstone of quantum mechanics.
