  • Non-Uniform Motion: Understanding Accelerated Motion
Non-uniform motion is also known as accelerated motion.

    Here's why:

    * Uniform motion: An object in uniform motion moves at a constant speed in a straight line. Its velocity remains the same throughout the motion.

    * Non-uniform motion: An object in non-uniform motion changes its speed, direction, or both. This change in velocity indicates acceleration.

Therefore, any motion that is not uniform is considered accelerated motion.
