  • Newton's Second Law: Force, Mass, and Acceleration Explained
    Force is dependent on acceleration.

This is described by Newton's Second Law of Motion, which states:

    Force (F) = Mass (m) x Acceleration (a)

    This equation means:

    * A larger force produces a larger acceleration.

    * A larger mass requires a larger force to produce the same acceleration.

Therefore, if the force is constant, the acceleration is directly proportional to the force. And, if the mass is constant, the acceleration is directly proportional to the force.
