  • Microscopes: Exploring the World of the Microscopic
The instrument that enables scientists to see tiny objects is a microscope.

There are two main types of microscopes:

    * Light microscopes: These use visible light to illuminate the object and magnify it. They are commonly used in biology and other fields to view cells, bacteria, and other small structures.

    * Electron microscopes: These use a beam of electrons to illuminate the object and create an image. They have much higher resolution than light microscopes and can be used to view even smaller structures, such as atoms.

Let me know if you'd like to know more about either type of microscope!
