    Gravity Explained Simply:

    Imagine you're holding a ball. You let go, and it falls to the ground. That's gravity at work!

    Here's the basic idea:

    * Everything has gravity: Every object in the universe, from tiny atoms to giant planets, has a force called gravity pulling on it.

    * The bigger you are, the stronger your gravity: The more mass an object has, the stronger its gravity. That's why the Earth pulls you down, but you don't pull the Earth towards you!

    * The closer you are, the stronger the pull: Gravity also gets weaker the further away you are. That's why you don't get pulled to the Sun, even though it's much bigger than Earth!

    A helpful analogy:

    Think of a stretched-out trampoline. If you put a bowling ball in the middle, it would make a dip. If you then roll a marble across the trampoline, it would be pulled towards the bowling ball and fall into the dip.

    The bowling ball represents a large object like the Earth, the marble represents a smaller object like you, and the trampoline represents the fabric of space-time.

    Gravity isn't just about falling:

    It's also responsible for:

    * Keeping the planets in orbit around the Sun.
