Albert Einstein did not have a third law of motion. That is attributed to Sir Isaac Newton, and is known as Newton's Third Law of Motion.

Newton's laws of motion were formulated in the late 17th century, specifically in his book *Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica* published in 1687.
