It is not possible to use rotation speed alone to escape gravity. While generating lift through rotation can provide some assistance in counteracting gravity, it fundamentally requires overcoming the Earth's gravitational pull to achieve escape velocity. This is primarily accomplished by achieving sufficiently high linear velocity in the direction opposite to gravity.
