  • Understanding Velocity and Acceleration: What Happens with Zero Acceleration?
If acceleration were zero, the initial velocity would be equal to the final velocity. This is because acceleration is the rate of change of velocity, so if acceleration is zero, the velocity will not change.

In other words, if an object is moving with a constant velocity, its acceleration is zero. And if an object has zero acceleration, its velocity will not change.
