  • Understanding Your Center of Gravity: Men vs. Women
The center of gravity in the human body is the point at which the entire weight of the body is evenly distributed. It is located slightly below the navel in men and slightly above the hip bones in women.

In men, the center of gravity is lower because they have more muscle mass in the upper body. In women, the center of gravity is higher because they have more body fat in the lower body.

The center of gravity is important for balance and stability. When the body is in motion, the center of gravity moves with it. If the center of gravity is too high or too low, it can make it difficult to maintain balance.

For example, if the center of gravity is too high, it can make it difficult to walk or run without falling. If the center of gravity is too low, it can make it difficult to stand up from a sitting position.
