    Electrons are fundamental subatomic particles. They possess the ability to act as a wave or a particle and possess properties associated to both entities.

    They carry negative electrical charges and form part of atomic structures; located with a cloud-like density of probability around and below an atomic nucleus.

    Electrons interact via electromagnetic forces, where positively charged atomic nuclei and other negatively charged electrons attract toward each other. Meanwhile, similar electrical charges exert a repulsive force and push each other away.
