    It's important to understand that pseudoscience is not a branch of physical science itself. Instead, it refers to practices or beliefs that claim to be scientific but lack the rigorous methodology and evidence-based approach that characterizes genuine science.

    Therefore, no specific physical science can be categorized as pseudoscience. However, some ideas or practices within a physical science field might be considered pseudoscientific due to their lack of scientific validity.

    For example, within physics, astrology is often considered pseudoscience because its claims about the influence of celestial bodies on human affairs are not supported by scientific evidence. Similarly, within chemistry, alchemy is viewed as pseudoscience because its attempts to transmute base metals into gold were based on faulty theories and lack of empirical support.

    Remember, genuine science relies on empirical evidence, testable hypotheses, and rigorous experimental procedures. Practices that lack these characteristics are often categorized as pseudoscience.
