The Kimberley Diamond Mine, also known as "Big Hole", is approximately 215 meters (705 feet) deep.

It's important to note that this is the depth of the open pit mine at the time it closed in 1914. The mine itself has since filled with water and is now about 40 meters (130 feet) deep.
