  • Challenger Deep: Exploring the Earth's Deepest Point
The deepest place on land is the Challenger Deep, located in the Mariana Trench in the western Pacific Ocean. While technically underwater, it is considered the deepest place on Earth. It reaches a depth of approximately 10,902 to 10,929 meters (35,768 to 35,856 feet).

It's worth noting that the Challenger Deep is a trench in the ocean floor, not a landform.
