Here are some countries that are found at the upper latitude part of the globe (the Arctic):

    North America:

    * Canada: A significant portion of Canada lies within the Arctic Circle.

    Important Notes:

    * Arctic Circle: The Arctic Circle is an imaginary line that circles the Earth at approximately 66.5 degrees north latitude. It marks the southernmost point where the sun can remain continuously above or below the horizon for 24 hours at a time during the summer or winter solstices, respectively.

    * High Latitudes: While the Arctic Circle is a clear marker, there are many countries that lie at high latitudes but aren't technically within the Arctic Circle.

    * Polar Regions: The Arctic region is often described as encompassing the Arctic Circle and all of the lands and waters north of it, including the Arctic Ocean.
