The largest sand dune in North Carolina is Jockey's Ridge State Park, located in Nags Head on the Outer Banks.

While it's not technically a single dune, Jockey's Ridge is a collection of dunes, with the tallest reaching over 100 feet high and stretching for almost a mile. It's the tallest active sand dune on the East Coast of the United States!
